Welcome to Sacred Yeti Clothing (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website and services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order, or have consent from a parent/guardian.

2) Products and Made-to-Order Production

Many of our items are made-to-order and produced on demand. Because of this:

  • Product images are for display; minor variations in color, texture, or print placement may occur.

  • We may update product offerings, pricing, and availability at any time without notice.

3) Pricing, Taxes, and Duties

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable:

  • Sales tax/VAT/GST (if charged at checkout)

  • Import duties and customs fees (if applicable in your country)

4) Orders, Payment, and Authorization

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  • You provide accurate billing and shipping information.

  • We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or pricing/stock errors.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

5) Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided.

6) Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing errors, style preference, or ordering the wrong item.

Exceptions: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@yourdomain.com] with your order number and clear photos. When verified, we will provide a replacement at no cost (or a refund if replacement is not possible).

7) Cancellations and Order Changes

Orders may begin processing quickly and may not be changeable or cancellable once placed. If you need to change an order, contact us immediately and we will attempt to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

8) Promotions and Discount Codes

Discounts and promo codes are subject to change, may expire, and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. We may cancel orders that misuse promotions.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on the site—including designs, artwork, graphics, logos, photos, product names, and text—is owned by Sacred Yeti Clothing or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, sell, or exploit any content without written permission.

10) User Content (Reviews, Comments, Submissions)

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for marketing and store operations. You agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
